Frequently Asked Questions
Is Hey Palu dog friendly?
Absolutely, we love dogs (well-behaved), just let us know when you are booking that you are bringing your four-legged pal so as we have certain areas in the bar that are better suited for them. But we operate a ‘paws on the floor’ policy!
What’s the best way to make a reservation?
You can book directly on our reservations page for up to 4 people. If your preferred time isn’t showing, that means that time slot is already full.
However, we do keep some bar space back for walk-ins so it’s always worth popping your head in & the team will try their best to find you a spot.
Can we extend our booking past an hour and a half?
We generally don't accept extended bookings as per our reservation policy, because we are a small bar with limited space, and we want to let as many people as possible to be able to enjoy Hey Palu’s cocktails.
What’s the largest size booking you take?
Hey Palu is quite a wee bar so, Sunday to Thursday our largest size booking is for 8 people, on a Friday & Saturday our largest size booking is for 6 people.
To book for more than 4 people, please email hey@heypalu.com including the date / time & your mobile number.
Do you offer private hire?
Due to the size of the bar this isn’t something we offer.
Do you serve food?
We offer a small selection or nibbles & Italian meats & cheeses. Our menu changes frequently as our produce comes directly from Italy, you can find a sample menu here
Can children come to Hey Palu?
Children are permitted up until 8pm in our Martini space as they must be sat at a table. Please let us know when booking so we can allocate the correct space.
